Refund policy

You may request a return, exchange, or full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

1. Conditions
– Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.
– Refunds are processed to the same payment method within 7–10 working days.
– Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

2. Non-returnable Items
Underwear or items with removed tags cannot be returned.

3. Process
Email support@hitterzwear.com with your order number and reason.

4. Exchanges
Available for size or color if stock is available.
